Leasing by the bed refers to an Individual Lease. Residents at LynCourt Square have the opportunity to live in a shared apartment with roommates without the stresses of renting an entire apartment. Residents are only responsible for their portion of rent in an individual lease.
We try our best to accommodate residents who want to live together. For those who are open to meeting new people to live with, we offer roommate matching services. We match roommates based on similar interests, lifestyles, hobbies and habits.
Parents or any other party may serve as the Guarantor on the lease in order to meet financial requirements. Both parties are required to fill out a Guaranty Form as responsible for paying the lease, should the tenant default on rent or any other financial obligations. The application is subject to credit approval. Proof of income over two consecutive months for Guarantor is required to process the application.
We accept rent payments in the form of personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Residents can also pay rent online via the Resident Portal. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late fees are applied after the third day of each month along with a daily charge after that. Only certified funds will be accepted in the office once rent is late.
Payment is always due on the first day of every month. Our leases run from August to the end of July, and rent is divided into 12 equal installaments.
Rent at LynCourt Square includes high-speed Internet, refuse and recycling, monthly pest control, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Move-in day instructions will be emailed in advance. Please arrive at the leasing office during your child's alotted time to obtain leasing paperwork and keyws.

Apartments at LynCourt Square come equipped with gourmet kitchens and stainless steel appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and dishwashers, as well as a full-size washer and dryer in each unit.
